In particular, Industry Canada invests in and supports the development of the knowledge, skills, infrastructure and technology that Canadians need to prosper and to compete and excel in the global marketplace. Industry Canada is responsible for managing and implementing COMRIF in Ontario on behalf of the Government of Canada.
